Healthy Cities Planting

This planting event is proudly funded through the Bupa Healthy Cities Program. Healthy Cities supports people’s health and wellbeing in a changing climate and helps communities make the connection between healthy environments and healthy lives. Archerfield Wetlands is home to more than 170 bird species. This planting will focus on native shrub and infill planting to improve habitat and provide food and shelter for the birds that rely on the wetlands. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or trying bushcare for the first time, this is a great opportunity to get outdoors and contribute to the ongoing restoration of the wetlands. 8am Arrive. 9:15am snack break. 10am Finish. Light snacks provided.
