About the Event


Enjoy a guided walk and talk through the reserve. Learn about exotic weeds and the best way to remove them, and identify native grasses and ground covers. The bushland has seven flora species that are rare to Brisbane vegetation. Additionally, there are many bird species, kangaroos, wallabies and echidnas. Wear suitable walking shoes, sun protection and bring your water bottle. Free event but please RSVP to Lee-Anne to thelongtons1205@gmail.com Meet at the container shed 400 metres southeast of the main entrance (just behind the dog park).
