About the Event
We are very excited to show the community our progress over the last year in our community garden. Meet the gardeners and learn about our garden. These 1:1 or small group garden tours will be followed by one of our members Mary (Physiotherapist) who hosts a nature-based movement meditation. Movements will be very gentle and can be done sitting or standing. Free but RSVP required.
